Castle Albrechtsberg is one of Dresden’s most beautiful buildings of the late classicism. But yet, its owner, Prince Albrecht of Prussia, remains largely unknown.   

 On a tour of the Prince’s chambers the visitors can learn interesting facts about him and his family, life at the Prussian royal house and the castle’s general and building history from 1850 up to the present.

On the occasion of the castle’s 150th anniversary a newly-planned exhibition in the western gate lodge of castle Albrechtsberg was opened.

The exhibition on the castle’s history and Prince Albrecht’s life is open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
